I've always liked comics, monsters, paranormal stuff, and things that are just plain strange. I've been to Japan about twelve times, though it's been about ten years since then; but when I went I spent my time tracking down various monster legends to the places and sites related to them... it was a lot of fun! I'm currently finishing the illustrations for a young adults book on the history, legends, and realities of monsters, entitled 'Monsters Here and There', hopefully just volume one in a series. I'm also working on a study of spontaneous combustion reports... but I doubt I'll be doing any illustrations for that one!
